Foster to Adopt Application

The Dogs Unbroken process begins with a completed application emailed to woof@dogsunbroken.org. After an application is received, Dogs Unbroken will be in touch to discuss the application and whether we think the dog will be successful in the applicant’s home. If Dogs Unbroken determines there is potential for a match, a meet with the dog will be scheduled. Please note that most of our dogs must be the only animal in the home and some cannot live with children. Also, a minimum of a free, 8-week training class in Longmont, CO is required (no exceptions will be made) before a dog can begin in an approved foster home. The relationship begins with a foster home and then moves to adoption after training and an assessment of whether the dog and its foster family are doing well together.
